Democracy, the CAP and a global social Europe

Tomorrow (Monday) the Fabian Society is going to launch a think-piece that picks up Blair's European Parliament speech and runs with the ball - analysing the divides in Europe that make progress like walking through treacle at the moment, and how a touch more democracy might help deliver reforms.
